| Concept-wise, we now focus only on health supplements and medication and have omitted the entire range of toiletries from our pharmacies. This is to enable the pharmacy team (comprising of pharmacist and nutritionist) to devote more time to customers on consultation and advice. Our ultimate goal is to provide our customers with the best knowledge on their medication and health needs.

| 2. On-line “Ask The Pharmacist” column on our website |
| This answers enquiries from the general public. Customers that are shy or hesitant to ask certain issues may utilize this column to seek clarification while maintaining their privacy as well as confidentiality. All enquiries will be entertained promptly. |

| 3. Increase in the number of pharmacy and dispensary outlets |
| This creates more opportunity to serve customers and provide better services. |

| 4. Collaboration and joint campaigns with several pharmaceutical companies |
| This project is aimed at creating public awareness on the importance of maintaining healthy lifestyle. Our pharmacists will provide advice on suitable supplements that can be consumed to stay healthy. Each campaign is targeted on different aspects such as the heart, liver or joints. |

| 5. Introduction of BP Membership Programme |
| Under this programme, loyal customers can enjoy further benefits over and above the special discount, for example, annual review, birthday treat or member-only promotion. In addition, they will also be entitled to enjoy special privileges from all BP Diagnostic Centres nationwide for health screening. They can also check on their accumulated points and their transactions on-line through our website. |

| 10. Shift to our new national warehouse centre |
| Towards the end of the year, we will be shifting to our new site in Glenmarie, Selangor (which is better strategically located) and, it is envisaged, this will further enhance our professional pharmacy delivery system. |
